Where is Suburban Collection Showplace located?
We are conveniently located at 46100 Grand River Ave between Novi and Beck roads in Novi, Michigan. Grand River is easily accessible by I-96 exiting at Novi or Beck Roads. Please visit the Directions page on this website or call us at 248-348-5600 to receive detailed directions from different areas.

How can I become an exhibitor in one of your shows?
Each show that takes place at Suburban Collection Showplace is produced by a different promoter. If you are interested in exhibiting in a particular show please view the Event Calendar then visit their website for the direct contact information. If you are not sure which show you would like to exhibit in feel free to browse our Event Calendar or call 248-348-5600 Ext. 200 during regular business hours (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm) to receive show information.

Visit our Event Calendar to receive the most up-to-date show information, or contact our offices during regular business hours (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm) at 248-348-5600 Ext. 200.
How do I purchase tickets for your shows and events?
You can purchase tickets for our shows at the Suburban Collection Showplace Box Office which opens one half hour before each show. We accept cash and credit cards and do have ATM's located in our lobby. No personal checks, sorry. For advance ticketing please visit the websites of our individual promoters; if available, website addresses can be located by visiting our Event Calendar.

Is there a parking charge at the facility? If so, how much?
Yes we charge to park per day, per car. Your pass does allow in and out privileges throughout the day. In special circumstances the parking charge can be a higher depending on the type of event held at our facility.
Do you offer wheelchairs at your facility?
Yes, we have manual and motorized wheelchairs available at the box office on a first come, first serve basis. An ID or something of value must be left with Box Office personnel to secure your rental. We do not, under any circumstance, reserve wheelchairs in advance.
Can I bring my pet with me to the facility?
Unless the animal is part of an exhibit or act authorized by our rules and regulations, with the exception of service animals as defined under the Federal ADA and Michigan MCL § 750.502c, we do not allow animals in our facility. Please contact our main office 248-348-5600 during regular business hours (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm) if you have questions regarding this policy for any particular show.

Do you have lockers, strollers or coat check available?
Unfortunately we do not have locker rental, stroller rental or coat check available at this time. However, some shows offer a coat check for a fee. You may call the event prior to see if they have one available.

Is there smoking allowed inside of the facility?
Smoking is prohibited inside of Suburban Collection Showplace and the Diamond Center.

Is there an EMS available on-site?
We use our local 911 system for any medical or other emergencies.

Do you have concessions available? Is alcohol served?
We have a full service concession area available offering a variety of different food options. From healthy salads, soups, and sandwiches all the way to pizza, burgers, ice cream and popcorn, we have everything you are looking for. We do serve beer, wine and mixed drinks during most of our public shows. No outside food or beverage is allowed within the facility, and all alcohol purchased must stay within the building AT ALL TIMES.

Can I camp out overnight in my RV?

Do you have a lost & found?
Items from events are sometimes turned in the show office, or to our security staff onsite. Please check with them during the event to see if your item was turned in. You may also call our main office during regular business hours (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm) so see if your lost item was returned.

You may call our main office during regular business hours (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm) to inquire about an event if it is not posted on the website.
